Line Buster Sports... is a creation of Marshall Owens. Owens holds University degrees in economics and Advanced Math. He is what we call a numbers guy. His complete focus is on the who and the why on number movement. The son of a longtime bookmaker Marshall learned early on from his father that it isn't how much money is bet on a side or total but who is betting on the play. Very few individuals can make a living betting on sports...."very few". Owens has the privilege to see everyday who and how much individuals and groups are wagering. When a lot of money comes in on one side but the line stays constant that can be one of the three variables that trigers a move from Owens. The real smart books are risk takers of sort. The odds are always on their side but the real successful sharpies take slight chances when the situations are right. The key phrase here is: " When the situation is right".  Marshall qualified this season with only six weeks of plays. Highly unusual for Wagner to allow someone  to release plays on theswami.com with not a full proven season under their belt. But  based upon his success on his six weeks of play in baseball and football he has lifted the flag and is allowing Owen to begin in November. He will be doing  college football and both college baskets and NBA for now. He will begin exploring the NHL about Thanksgiving once teams have about 20 contests under their belts.
