SLIDER SPORTS will have New Year's Day picks in 2024. "Moon" claims he is deadly on New Year's Day going for his 10th winning New Year's Day pick fest. We can not confirm his claims but it will be officially exposed and tested on Jan 1 2024. We wish him well.

"Moon" will be here for March Madness in 2024 and of cvourse for the entire MLB season in 2024.

SLIDER SPORTS will be active once the NCAA tourney reaches the Sweet 16 bracket in 2023. Alterio last year qualified to become a college BB capper by going (10-5) on his Sweet 16 and Elite * selections. He did not have a selection in the semi-finals or finaals.

THESWAMI.COM welcomed a new member to its handicapping team in 2021. (SLIDERSPORTS) . Michael "MOON" Alterio heads SLIDER SPORTS handicapping team. In addition to Michael, Jay Mac is also a team of  the Slider Sports handicappers. Mac is the guy who is the player/gambler. Michael  is the baseball insider who knows the young players and the minor leadue system well. More and more teams are using young players and to follow them in the minors can give a handicapper great insight when they arrive in the BIGS. Moon has spent 5 summers working with a minor league outfit. Moon is still bachelor with nothing to do but watch and handicap baseball. It has been a passion of his since an early age. He hopes to grow Slider Sports into a successful business.

SLIDER SPORTS is the only service that qualified out of the six who attempted to meet THESWAMI.COM standards to be elligible to be a handicapping choice on site for the 2021 MLB season. Their quailying performance in baseball for 2020 was: Top 10 unit Plays (37-35) not impressive but average lay price was plus 125 resulting in plus 117 units. Breaking their Top Plays down it appears they are very solid on their MLB  Top Play totals as they went (11-3) on their trial run.  Regular rated plays were (44-40) which lost 29 units. REGULAR SEASON (30-30) on Top Plays and POST SEASON (7-5).  REGULAR SEASON (37-37) and POST (7-3). Overall plus 88 units. Speciality Plays: GOY (2-0) +20 units. GOM (2-3) -7 units. GOW (3-1)  +17 units. Note of their 7 Speciality winners 6 were MLB total releases..
