John Lattimere returned to theswami.com for football in 2021. Yes the Big 12 and KC Chief expert is back at our site. Back in the 80's and early 90's "BIG" John was one of the most successful football handicappers in the country. He captured several Sports Book contests winning over $100,000 in prize money from The Castaways and Star Dust.

COLLEGE

In college Lattimere will cover The Big 12 exclusively and will have plays involving intersectional games that involve Big 12 teams.  In the  twelve seasons his Big 8 and later Big 12 picks were sold by The Victory Line and THESWAMI.COM  John Lattimere had 10 winning campaigns. His overall record on Big 12 conference games was a solid 232-148 (61%). On his Game of the Year releases lifetime are now 67% (35-17) and Games of the Month 62% (30-18) and Games of the Week 60.5% (55-35).. Most recent Game of the Year was a winner on Sept 16 2023 on BYU plus 8 a straight up 38-31 winner over Arkansas. 

NFL

In the NFL his Chief Report won money 9 out of 12 seasons. His NFL Games of the Year were (6-2) and Games of the Month (20-12). Lattimere in NFL preseason action only did his last 5 seasons with us, but had solid results with a 61% (50-32-3) record.
