When handicapping College Football in October it`s always good to take a quick look at how the coachs you are betting on and against do during this time of the season. I`ve included some nice advantages that favor certain coaches/teams that either perform well or poorly during October. I believe if you follow these situations, you`ll have a few extra winners to play with going into November. Historically I`m (15-3) on my October Game of the Month plays so keep an eye out for my GOM releases (SIDE) and (TOTAL) this month at theswami.com.
Strategy: Wager 1 unit on coaches with winning October records.
Wager 1 unit against coaches with losing records for October.
Void plays when you have two coaches opposing each other when both have a positive or both have a negative record for October.
**DOUBLE UNIT** Play double your normal unit play when you have a plus coach facing a negative coaching record. Example: On October 24th Northwestern's Fitzgerald (negative record) faces Nebraska's Riley (positive record).
