Donn Wagner..The Swami still has the documented all-time BEST BET record ever. Since 1985 when he strated having his excellent Top 4.5 and 5***STAR plays monitored and documented by The Sports Monitor Inc. and Sports Watch he is coming into the 2008-2009 football (79-33). That includes all COLLEGE and NFL plays from preseason thru bowl games.
Editor's Note: For 99% of his clients his actual Top Play football record is (79-32). In 1994 a staff member released Florida St to a client before Wagner had time to check on an injuried player. Because "one client" received this 4.5 Star play, Wagner stated to all on The Victory Line (1-714-228-6200) then (814-234-2222) that he would counted it if it lost and did. He also told all if it won it was still just a 4-star and would "not" count it as a Top Play.
The fact is that he cancelled the Top Play due to an injuries sustain to Florida State's All American line backer and it was not released to any clients as a Top Play except for the early caller. The Staff member was fired even though he at the time thought he was doing the impatient client a favor. The client had called from an airport as he was about to board a plane..that was why Wagner could not notify get back to the client to make him awhere of the error before the contest started. Quoting Donn Wagner on that day, "My reputation is the only thing I can control in the gambling world and I do it every day."

How to use the 900# system.

NET UNITS are determined by the following criteria. A TOP PLAY in football /basketball is 2.2 units to win 2.0 units and a regular play is 1.1 to win 1.0. If a handicapper is 4-0 on top plays(that is + 8.0 units) and 4-4 on regular plays (that is -0.4) he would be 4-0, 8-4 and overall + 7.6 units. In baseball the line is determined by a 10 cent line.
